Book an Individual Therapy Session

Individual integrative occupational therapy or ACT sessions tailored for your needs and pace.

These sessions offer a space to explore what you are experiencing at your own pace, with a focus on how it is affecting your everyday life.

The work is collaborative and tailored to you, supporting you to understand your experiences, develop practical strategies, and begin to make changes that feel realistic and sustainable. This may include working with routines, habits, emotional regulation, and your relationship with your body, food, or daily roles.

Sessions are grounded in a trauma-informed and person-centred approach, recognising the connection between mind, body, spirit, and environment. The aim is to support you in improving daily functioning, building stability, and reconnecting with meaningful activities in a way that feels safe and manageable.
