Meet

Hannah Stone

Hannah approaches her work with warmth and genuine respect for each person’s story. Alongside her professional training, her lived experience of ASD, ADHD, and eating disorder recovery shapes how she connects with others and informs her commitment to offering care that feels safe, respectful, and understanding.

She has experience across NHS mental health services, supporting individuals in inpatient, outpatient, and educational settings, including those experiencing acute distress. She works with both young people and adults as part of multidisciplinary teams.

Hannah has a particular interest in third-wave approaches, especially Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), alongside a growing interest in MANTRA. She holds a BPS-accredited MSc in Psychology and brings a strong foundation in psychological theory and neurodevelopmental understanding to her work.

She is committed to her ongoing professional development and is beginning BACP-accredited training, with the long-term aim of becoming an integrative psychotherapist. Alongside her clinical work, she engages in CPD and keeps up to date with emerging research, particularly in relation to ADHD and Autism.

Her approach centres on authenticity, collaboration, and thoughtful, evidence-based care. She aims to create a space where people feel safe to explore their experiences at their own pace, without judgement.

Outside of her work, Hannah enjoys running, going to the gym, and spending time in nature. She values finding balance through staying active, connecting with others, continuing to learn, and a healthy amount of Netflix.
