Book Individual Sessions

Individual integrative occupational therapy sessions tailored for your needs and pace.

Individual integrative occupational therapy sessions offer a space to explore what you are experiencing at your own pace, with a focus on how it is affecting your everyday life.

The work is collaborative and tailored to you, supporting you to understand your experiences, develop practical strategies, and begin to make changes that feel realistic and sustainable. This may include working with routines, habits, emotional regulation, and your relationship with your body, food, or daily roles.

Sessions are grounded in a trauma-informed and person-centred approach, recognising the connection between mind, body, spirit, and environment. The aim is to support you in improving daily functioning, building stability, and reconnecting with meaningful activities in a way that feels safe and manageable.

  • The frequency of sessions is something we decide together, based on your needs, therapeutic goals, and what feels manageable. For many people, starting with regular sessions helps create consistency and build momentum, and this can be adjusted over time as things begin to shift.

The aim is to find a rhythm that supports you, without adding pressure, while still allowing enough consistency for meaningful change to take place.

  • There is no fixed point at which therapy is “finished”, and this can look different for everyone. For some, it may be when things feel more manageable and stable. For others, it may be when they feel more confident in understanding themselves and able to navigate challenges using the tools developed in therapy.

Therapy is something we review together over time. As things begin to shift, we can reflect on what feels different, what feels more settled, and whether ongoing support is still helpful.

For many people, ending therapy is not about having everything “figured out”, but about feeling more equipped, aware, and able to continue independently.

Something important to keep in mind is that much of the work continues beyond therapy. This is often where you begin to apply what you have learned and experience the changes in your internal and external world more fully.

  • Yes, you can return to therapy at any time, either with the same therapist or a different one.

It is often helpful to allow some time between periods of therapy. A break of around six months can support consolidation of what has been explored, give space to process the experience, and allow you to begin applying what you have learned more independently.

This time can also help you notice how you are managing day to day, including your sense of self-efficacy, resilience, and use of the tools developed in therapy

  • Each session lasts up to 50 minutes and is priced at £65.

A 10% discount is available when four sessions are booked and paid for in advance.
