This is a practical space focused on emotional and bodily awareness.
You will learn how stress and emotional triggers show up in your body and thoughts, and how to pause instead of reacting automatically. We will practise readily available and usable skills to help you respond with intention, especially in moments that usually feel overwhelming or out of control.
